When you use Zerenzo we collect the questions you submit, the responses we return, and basic account information (email address, optional name). We do not collect more than we need.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the product, debug issues, and improve the quality of responses. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.
Subprocessors
We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the product and serve AI responses. A full list is available on request at hello@zerenzo.ai.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
